There are a couple of points that should be made here. In the first place the couple who decided to experiment on the flower pots should be asked to cough up for the price of a new set of flowers and be made to plant and tend to them - they seem to know a bit about fertility so perhaps they could use their vast experience and wisdom for the benefit of the community.

In the second place, it is a bit rich to call a person driving to their own house on a public road a 'voyeur' because they happen to catch sight of a couple of exhibitionists displaying their wares for all to see on a flower pot at the side of the road. Unless this person was out taking pictures of said couple, voyeurism doesn't come into it.

Finally, I suspect that said couple's fumblings on a flower pot were probably more disturbing to the neighbours than a solitary honk of a horn...
