It is reasonable that Castlebar look after more travellers than adjoining towns. Many state and statefinanced services - hospital, county council
rev commissioners EPA are based in Castlebar. If residents and business people of Castlebar have these advantages over adjoining towns, then they should cater for most of the county's travellers.

Further, travellers like to be near the hospital
