I've never seen any discrimination against people of other faiths at any club or county match and I doubt that many people have as gaa fans tend to be a lot less aggressive than in many other sports (where else can home and away fans mix freely in all parts of a stadium?).

As for the GAA organisation, well that's another matter, big slow moving faceless organisations run by commma-tees tend to be quite slow when it comes to reforms and rule changes but at least the recent high media profile case was resolved so I don't know what your gripe is about.

The GAA and GAA sports are far from perfect but they do far more good than harm so unless you're willing to give up your personal time to help improve things in the organisation and in the sports then crawl back under you rock.
