I don't own any of them, yet i'm paying taxes and causing no trouble to people (except for raising a few blood pressures on the net from time to time).

I refuse to accept that these idiots can't control themselves at the age of fifteen, and even if this were the case if a parent can't control a minor then the state should step in, there are measures there. if they were used more often we might begin to see the undesirables (and there are lots) disappear from the streets.
