tbh, when have the youth not drank or taken drugs? underage drinking and drug taken has been going on for decades, the sixties in ireland were full of love and drugs, the only thing which has changed from then to now is the different types. People will have to face facts, young people will always try and drink, well most of them, and they will always try and do something if they shouldnt. Teenagers as a whole shouldnt bewhite washed with the name delinquents, just because you saw a few acting the maggot outside supermacs on a fri night or in your estate, doesnt mean their all like that, their are plenty of older people who act the gobshite on plenty of nights during the week.
