Mayo's colours are NOT Red & Green BUT are IN FACT Green & Red, the colours have an actual meaning therefore the order you say them actually matters. Roscommon for example are the Primrose and Blue, NOT Blue & Primrose, not Blue & Yellow, Yellow & Blue or Blue & Gold. Wexford is the Purple & Gold NOT yellow & Purple. Kerry are NOT yellow & green, but green & gold. Clare are Saffron & Blue etc. etc. etc.
