Rip off Ireland-

The biggest rip-off of all was homeowners, builders and the government on anyone under thirty trying to get on the housing ladder over the last ten years.

Now any poor sod who has bought in the past three years is looking at (at best) negative equity and (at worst) defaulting on a mortgage they can't afford to pay due to interest rate hikes and greedy banks/non government intervention.

People holding property/land for investment should be taxed to the hilt to pay for their own pension, cos i don't want to have to on top of a crazy mortgage.
