I remember a time when help lines had to advise punters to reinstall software using floppy disks:

"Now put in disk number 3 in the set and press Enter" the advisor would tell the poor computer user hanging on to the end of the telephone (no mobiles in those days) and running back and forward across the room following the instructions.

"There's no more room in the disk drive - I have fitted two disks into the drive now but I'm afraid there's no room left for disk number three!"
