We have traced the IP address and it will be possible to track the person who made the original post - it's not even a dial-up address so it's easy to trace it to a particular computer within the network of the institution in question using their internal log files. The same IP address was active visiting Castlebar.ie on four or five days in November around the 20th when the original post was made. Finding the person will be easy with the co-operation of the network in question - they certainly don't need people posting material of this type from their IP address!
