Thank you for taking my inquiry in the right spirit- I was in no way on the offensive against Ms Burke-Sheridan, I was merely pointing out that I had never heard of her, and that there didn't seem to be much interest in such a project in general.

Maybe if the supporters of such a project were to engage in debate, or perhaps gawd forbid explain a little about the subject to ignoramii such as myself, they might find a little more civic pride forthcoming.

But that would mean (i) stepping down from their ivory towers (ii) putting in a little more effort than is required by simply complaining about anything that happens in Castlebar. So that's a non-starter then.
