Yes, I was born and raised in Castlebar. Visit every year, formerly from Turlough Road. We had a white christmas, with approx. 5 cm in the city, New Year's day we had a bad storm, about another 10 cm's. Today, we had rain all day with temps of 12°c
so we had a great thaw, we will have lots of flooding. Toronto is not the worst area for snow, north and west of the city get the bulk of it. The maritimes usually get up to maybe 2 meters. Toronto may get 2 storms per winter, it's getting less and less each year.
