Thanks for that. As I said we have been before, and we are coming again in April.

We are not viewing this move through rose tinted specs, and we do not expect 40 degrees of heat through summer, prefer not to thanks - it's bloody awful!

Topping up health care is not a problem either as health care here is all to pay for and health insurance a necessity and so I do not expect any shocks in that department.

So, to repeat a previous question, when you go to the docs' do you have to pay, as you do here in France ? If you go to the docs' here, even if it is just for a repeat prescription, you have to hand over 23 euro.

No-one has yet countered DI's very jaundiced view/experience of life in Mayo.... what am I to construe from that ? Are we about to make another huge mistake and move to Mayo ?
