I have to say that health care is not the be-all and end-all of our criteria, we are not retired or ill, but quite obviously it has to be a consideration. We are more interested in general life style, cost of living etc as I do still work for myself and I will be paying my income taxes, and whatever other taxes are due to those unfortunate enough to work for themselves.
On that score, what are the taxes like ?
