As a follow up, interesting discussion yesterday on news on 1 on RTE radio, where it was stated that it is most likely,the issue of privilege which is at stake here, and it has very far reaching implications from a legal viewpoint, because it privilege is waived, it may have a knowck on effect for all law cases. We'll have to wait and see, but prrthaps by end of today, there will be further clarification. And yet again, the judges may defer their decision.
