Religion IS good for you - it does enrich people's lives.

Satellite imagery has clearly shown that levels of nitrous oxide (a pollutant coming from traffic and coal-fired power stations primarily) decline on different days in those countries that profess different religious beliefs.

Pollution levels drop on a Saturday in Israel, on Friday in Cairo and on Sunday in the Bible belt cities of the USA. So there.
