You haven't been around Castlebar here too much on Sundays lately though I'd guess - the so-called 'Christian sabbath' is the busiest shopping traffic jam day of the week here in Castlebar - today was car boot sale Sunday.

Too cloudy to get satellite data I'd say for Castlebar but perhaps the air monitoring data from the EPA might show nitrogen dioxides for Castlebar - it would be worth looking at to see if there's an increase or a decrease on Sundays.

For sure the time the Pope came to Ireland gave the lowest levels of Dublin air pollution recorded for decades because they banned cars from the city and made everyone rich and poor use public transport.
