Even if its out of warranty some manufacturers will repair it (albeit at a price). By "bezel" I take it you mean the plastics around the LCD rather than the LCD itself ?
LCD's are usually expensive but the plastics mightnt be too bad if oe can a company to supply the part at a reasonable price (not always easy with laptop components)
