Just after you leave Mulranny take the first left after the school (I think it's a school) this is the "Atlantic Drive" careful though as it's a narrow road after about a mile you get to a sharp right hand bend with a kind of lay by/parking area. From this spot you are looking out at the sea with a kind of headland to your right - this is Pink Rock. At times of high swell (15 - 20 foot, westerly / southwesterly) the headland acts as a natural breakwater. The waves come in in beatiful clean sets that break to the left and travel all along the coastline. On the best days it's tube city. I haven't surfed it so I don't know of any hazards but I was there last december during the big swell and took some great video footage.
