I believe the developer instructs the architect what they want, and then they draw up the plans and then the planners say yeah or neah. The same company that designed the Sean Abhainn development, designed the one back in the old scotts seaside bakery in Westport. They won a national award for that. On another note I think one of the finest developments in town is the one in Walshs bay in Saleen. Not sure who designed that.
