Have you ever heard of jerlusalem artacokes? It grows like a weed and will spead out all over the place. The good thing, it is better than spuds for you and if it is steamed, with hollenday sourse, reported out of this world in taste. It grows about as tall as a man and has a flower like a sun flower. I have seen the roots that are to be steamed and they look terrible. Sure would like to try one. Are they in Ireland? culater
