Effectively you are going from an infinite distance between you and the car in front to one that is well short of the 216' in your chart above (now I wonder what that is in metric?) and certainly a lot more than the bend distance that I am thinking of? Stopped or slow-moving cars on dangerous bends are lethal even if the car behind is travelling well within the speed limit. Illicit roadside car dealerships are extremely hazardous.
