The board is partially back but just for a short while.

Shortly a new board will be set up separate from the main site (different domain name) and not located in Ireland. There have been many requests for a more modern 'bells and whistles' type board in any case and this hiatus is a good time to make the change.

It will most likely become necessary to register with an email address in order to post to the new board - but that will end 'handle' stealing. Hopefully this won't dissuade too many of the regulars from joining in again. Hopefully some if not most of the existing moderators will offer their services on the new board.
