U know - the kind that appear on a regular basis in the so called 'PAYMENTS TO POLITICIANS' tribunals or the 'PLANNING CORRUPTION' whatsit all perfectly dreadful that they are dragged into disrepute like that.

But compared to the evil beerokrauts in Europe - all those countries that score so high on the 'we are not corrupt' scale that it would make you puke?

Nothing like a good bit of unethics in public office to oil the wheels of industry. Bureaucrats trying to make us honest? Hah! Mind their own business. If we want to pollute our own beaches and drinking water that's up to us. If we want to scoop up every last fish in the sea - they're our fish not theirs. If we want to use nitrates and pesticides - it's our business even if it's the European taxpayer what pays the farmers to use them. Bug off - just give us the money.

and sure look at Bush/Chaney for goodness sake? All those contracts to cronies. Look at the Burmese Generals - contracts to cronies. Look at Mugabe look at Sinn Fein - waging a campaign against european militarism but still with their own private army not stood down? They say vote no and we obey?
