I would agree that the UK would vote no, but Inot sure abotu the rest. Every other EU country does have a vote they can choose not to elect their governments and in turn their governments can choose not to sign the treaty. Thats how democracy works, in Irelands case the constitution was written to protect the government from making any real decisions let the people decide, problem is lots of irish voters are not educated enough to decide on tehse complex issues and thats why we elect competent and professional politicians to represent us. Problem is Ireland is submerged with UK spin through the tabloid press and TV. Ireland would be as well off rejoining the commonwealth at this stage thats what they told me on C4 news newsnight BBC 24 sky news the sun mail and mirror yesterday I'm begining to believe them.
