Hi Huh! Re Linux. Great OS. Mike, the Castlebar techie recommended it a few years back. I use Fedora. Ubuntu is another good 'user friendly' version. Some versions can be a bitch to set up, e.g. partioning etc. Good idea is to install a second hard drive and dedicate it to linux only. Check out the many linux forum sites - Loads of advice etc. I also like it because it's less prone to virus attacks and I prefer the public domain aspect of it as opposed to the dictatorial policies and high price of Microsoft and its buggy products. Investigate linux. If you like it - run it. I believe Dell is even offering it as an alternative os platform. Any other (polite)honest opinions here? ;)
