Look in the start, then programs for acceries. Then go to system restore. This is the same as the go-back program I used on the old computer. My friend tried to install it on this computer and the computer refused it. It already had a good restore program. You can go back in time to a time when the problem was not there. Good luck. Hopefully in the future, we will not have to deal with fools. culater
