I think this probably IS the 'chatroom'? The Town too small and too litigious to actually have a free-flow uncensored chat room methinks - the whole site was shut down only a few weeks ago after a legal threat against it.

There used to be a chat section once upon a time but it seemed to be just a bunch of kids using bad language - not exactly a great advertisement for the town. You can't have moderated chat so it has to be on twitter or go to yahoo or some such - town too small though to persuade enough people to go to one particular location.
