No and this is briber's heaven. Many persons are in jail right now in Illinois for taking and giving bribes, put there in the last 12 months. Also many are walking around with bribe money that should be in jail. I can't channel the water off. I rented a pump and put water in the front of my house and a little ran on that fellow's house and he called the police on me and the McHenry county sherrif told if I did it again, he would give me a ticket. I told the sherrrif I didn't break the law, he did when he stop the flow of water. Well you will get the ticket. Compared to this crooded place, Mayo is heaven. All outside of Chicago is flood and some in . culater.
