I hate this b.s. about 'oh it was published in the papers or it was on bogwest' - I shouldn't have to read the tripe papers to be kept informed by our town council. Whatever happened to the simple process of putting up an advance 'notice of works', it just a bit of common courtesy but hey I don't have a mandate to sort our such things . . .
