That's the great thing about being a landlord renting to stoodents. You don't have to be educated or even know how to spell. Hopefully you borrowed money from Bradford and Bingley - the buy to let expert bankers who probably know as much about counting money and banking as you do about spelling words?

I love the bit about model tenants and the idiot neighbours (who moan unnessery) and obviously can't tell that it's their OWN TV downstairs that is making all the noise and switching itself on at 4am so that they think that it's a party down the road but in reality it's just their own faulty TV set playing an old episode of Mork and Mindy!
