With all due respect, but does anyone else also think that Mayo Auctioneers are not only living in something of a cloud cuckoo land and in bad need of a reality check on some serious revision of the prices they are promising to sellers relative to national trends.

Just by way of illustration, check out this page from Daft where two Mayo Auctioneers have listed the same property in Kilrahan with a variation in price of €19k. Not only is somebody seriously out of kilter but is it not a fairly bad reflection on their marketing capabilities.
