Treatment my arse - a hole in the ground that adds oxygen so that the real pollutants can flow down to the groundwater or across the bedrock to the nearest surface water - drain, stream or lake that much quicker. If you shat in a plastic bag and tossed it over the hedge it would probably have less impact than your so-called 'treatment' system. Calling something a 'system' is like saying that hedge fund managers have 'system' in the current economic climate - just as well throw your shit over the hedge and let it degrade gracefully than pretend it's not affecting the local drinking water.
