So you put your wastes into a sealed tank with no discharge? Is it then collected by a tanker on a regular basis and brought how many miles to another treatment plant in order to avoid pollution of surface or groundwater? Presumably not so there is a discharge that will be high in nutrients and unless it has UV treatment nasties like Cryptosporidium will also be discharged.

You still haven't said anything about how far you will be commuting to work from this idyll? How large is your vehicle's engine and how many cars will your dwelling host? The additional traffic hazard associated with each trip to town for a litre of milk or to take the kids to ballet class or gaa or school or chess is not insignificant. What is your daily travel carbon footprint in other words? (You know that New Yorkers have a much lower carbon footprint than the typical one-off house dweller because they use public transport or walk and live in large buildings that use less energy for heating and cooling than the equivalent one-off house? )

The other issue about blighting the landscape hasn't been answered either. You can't be seen from the road? But if you have a 'view' then it means that your house can be seen as a sore pustule on the landscape by others looking back on the location of your bay window and house as seen from sea, lake, fields or indeed other houses or roads near or far.
