They are entitled to expences like every councillor in all local authorities in every civilised country, and as a taxpayer myself along with thosands more i see no problem at all with these councillors getting expences, anyone who puts themselves out to serve the community after themselves doing a hard days work deserve it, do you think stopping their expences is going to reduce the public debt in this country?
get on with your own life and if you dont like the way we do things, well there are flights and ferries that can remove you from the country 24 hours a day
