Going from my experience, their reception is useless you will have a lot more downtime than up time. I signed up for a 12 month contract with them and after just two weeks I realised I had made a big mistake. I was stuck with the contract for 12 months even though I was forced to sign up with another network simply because of the terrible reception. Their customer service are very friendly but that's useless when you are paying for a service. The worst part of my experience was when the 12 months were up I rang and canceled my agreement they told me according to my contract I had to give them 6 weeks notice. I told them that I had finished with them and would pay them no more as I had fulfilled my contract.
They then had a collection agency come after me for the 6 weeks they claimed that I owed them. After several weeks harassment from the collection agents I finally just gave in and paid them just to stop. Boy was I glad to see the last of them.
