take hold of their hind legs firmly in your hands, raise them up to the sky, this should bring part of dog directly in front of your mouth, close eyes, put mouth forward and clamp down firmly just behind the sac area and pull forward, this works for newborn lambs, for dogs, I dunno, never tried, but if its a pitbull, id advise to bring to vet
