In answer to your question regarding integrating between the settled and travelling community my opinion is that in its present form it is not working.
My reasons are that no one should get housing for nothing. If anyone gets a house from the local authority they should pay a rent of at least twenty five percent of the total income coming into that house and that includes Social Welfare.
Also all integration should be frequently monitored by the gardai until such time as they are satisfied that all is in order.
