How do you know he/she didn't report such incidents to the relevent authorities? I have in the past as I happened to experience said problems also and I was met with a brick wall. Yes, the integration is working in some areas and it's not fair to tar everyone with the same brush but if you think that it is working everywhere then you are either ignoring it or you have a serious case of denial. I urge you to get a report from your local garda station regarding such incidents and wake up. Last summer alone was an absolute nightmare for some residents of a certain estate in Castlebar. I know because unfortunately, as a council tenant, I live right in the middle of it.
