I read in the leading paper here that the oil people spent to much money and now are short (of money) with little income to cover them. It also said they didn't leave any over for a raine day. You must cover yourselves at all time, when possible. I know many day I didn't and just was blessed or lucky, or both. Now they are like us all. It will be interesting to see how it works out. culater
