I agree with both comments
the way they park on linnen hall street is mad and i'm seen a number of them making illegal right turns when coming up lucan street at the traffic lights (the filter light says left onto main st) but they insist turning right.
may I suggest http://www.taxireg.ie/ and www.rsa.ie to lodge complaints and maybe the cops also
