I assume jj's point is that the discussion is about reginal centres of excellence for cancer treatment versus what we have today. Car parking for a hospital isn't specific to cancer treatment, its a general issue and needs to be addressed but shouldn't be the deciding factor in whether its better to have regional centres of excellence for cancer.
