I believe that you should take the "one who threatens" advice and "let it rest" otherwise you may be the next victim as it appears from the last post made by him/her that restraint is low and he/she is afraid of breaking forum rules again .
As regards your second point, you may have a point. Why dont you open it up for discussion.
