Yes well in insidious Ireland you or people close to you can be persecuted in their place of work, etc. just 'cos you were brave enough to stand up and speak the truth or have a go at a public official for not living up to their duties.

Anonymity protects the little guy who has the most to lose and gives him the power to communicate a message that was once only the preserve of the wealthy and well positioned in society.

The internet has been the great democratizer of the people but surely the freedom of the web is being slowly eroded.

The child is crying not for himself but for the death of something dear to him and he is crying 'cos deep down he knows that those that think they can get away with it probably will and he will continue to cry because he knows the decisions to choose and the responsibility to speak has been taken from everyone, not just himself.
