Spam is spam is spam . . . clever marketing sets out to entertain first in the hope that it'll make you favor the product or service, at least they are putting some effort into selling a product as opposed to dumping stuff on you.

If the public didn't engage on things that arise in the global media sure the internet'd be half empty ;-)
