There is still a large contigent of elderly women who could not take out SSIAs in the recent past because they did not exist as far as holy catholic dev's ireland was concered - they had no individual PRSI numbers because having resigned on marriage to bear the nations multitudonous children sans condoms or pills they were no longer deemed to exist by holy catholic ireland.
