For someone that was dissing other people's knowledge and experience in the field of broadcasting to the extent that you say they shouldn't even comment on a broadcast made by a broadcasting station - well you are not very well up on current broadcasting matters.

The BCI is no longer in existence. It has been replaced by the BAI Broadcasting Authority of Ireland. The current successor to the BCI is the BAI.

Ah well you learn something every day - even from idiots that you think know nothing about your area of expertise eh? You say 14 years experience but even if you read the newspapers you would have followed that little saga.
