I don't expect an answer, but you may yet surprise me.

I don't want anyone 'fired' from a paying job that they're qualified to do. From either yours or montrose's comments I've gleaned that this presenter may be a volunteer, so I'm not sure they can be 'fired'. Certainly, they're not up to the job, even at a local level such as at CRC.
