a cara.....your right .....as you know this time of year is very hot and wet.......on tuesday i was down town.....paulista.....and sao bento.....caught in some of the action of those areas i never noticed the beautiful sun filled skies....became cloud filled and dark ....then the heavens opened........at about 8 pm as i was riding the train to barra funda.....the power went......the whole city was plunged into darkness........i took a cab home ....in pitck conditions.....power was resumed at 5 am the next morning.......the olympics as you know are in rio......however lets hope all goes well for the games as i know it will.....
