Posted by One Step Ahead on November 24, 2009 at 21:51:58: While driving through Castlebar and stoping at traffic lights I noticed the Car opposite was driven by someone wearing a BERKA...I don't know if it was a male or female as I could only see eyes...Is it safe driving like this? and if so does that mean it's safe to wear a Balaclava as both only show eyes ???????
