Unoccupied houses ? what a joke , let me tell you the real culprits for these houses, the local authorities. I know of one council estate in castlebar that has 30 houses in it with 5 of them being unoccupied for about 2 years and that is 1 example there are plenty more housing estates that has the same set in our town that is ran by the local authorities, and you have the cheek to tell me otherwise. Do you actually know what flood plaines are? and here was me thinking it was because it made record rain fall in the past couple of weeks and rivers burst their banks, silly me
